"This place is awful. Customer service is non-existent. My mom had an accident that was not her fault. She has paid her premiums to this state farm agent forever. They would not help us get the claim filed with the at-fault driver's insurance. Offered us no support at all. Said they weren't allowed to do that. Would not even walk us through the process. Much less, gather information for us, or do some of the leg work. I don't know who made that rule, but I haven't heard of that rule before, and neither has my agent who is with another insurance company. So after we get through with this accident, my mom will be using another agent. Believe me, there is better service out there."
